1. Scope of Sales & International Shipping

We do not sell or ship wildlife-associated items internationally.
International shipping, where available, is limited to non-wildlife items only and is subject to applicable laws and restrictions.

Orders containing wildlife-associated materials will be shipped within the United States only.

2. Legal Importation & U.S. Fish & Wildlife Compliance

Any wildlife-associated items originating outside of the United States are:

• Legally imported under a valid U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service import permit

• Properly declared to U.S. Fish & Wildlife at the time of import

• Inspected, cleared, and approved for legal sale and possession within the United States

All such items are offered in full compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

3. Sourcing

All items sold on this website are obtained through lawful, and documented channels.
We do not sell protected, prohibited, or unlawfully obtained wildlife or materials.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with any local or state regulations regarding possession or display.

4. Items Intended for Children

Some items offered on this website are intended for children and are designed for educational, exploratory, or imaginative use.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Items intended for children are suitable for supervised use

• Parents or guardians are responsible for determining age appropriateness

• Certain natural items may include small parts, sharp edges, or delicate materials

Wildlife-associated specimens are not marketed as toys and should be handled appropriately.

5. Intended Use & Safety Disclaimer 

All items are sold for educational, display, scientific, or recreational purposes, depending on the product description.

Unless explicitly stated:

• Items are not intended for consumption

• Items are not intended for medical or therapeutic use

Adult supervision is recommended for children when handling natural history items.

6. Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing from this website, the buyer acknowledges:

• Understanding the natural origin and condition of the items

• Accepting responsibility for proper handling and supervision

• Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding possession

7.  Packaging, Shipping & Insurance

Packaging

All orders are carefully and securely packaged using methods appropriate to the item’s size, weight, and fragility. Natural history items often require specialized packing, and we take every reasonable measure to protect each item during transit.

Shipping Preparation & Costs

Shipping costs are finalized only after your order has been fully assembled and securely packed.

Once your order is prepared:

• We will contact you with available shipping options

• Provide shipping costs based on final package size, weight, and destination

• Shipment will proceed after shipping approval and payment, if applicable

This ensures that each item is shipped using the safest and most appropriate method available.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments include insurance by default at no additional action required from the buyer. Insurance coverage applies during transit and is intended to protect against loss or damage caused by the carrier.

Delivery & Responsibility

Delivery time frames are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Responsibility for the order transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.

Damaged or Lost Items

If an insured shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging, if applicable

We will assist with the insurance claim process and work toward a resolution in good faith.
