This gorgeous, green scarab beetle (chrysophora chrysochlora), also known as the shining leaf chafer beetle, can be found in Columbia, Ecuador and Peru. The body is a shiny metallic green with golden reflections, and the elytra have a granulated texture.

Our beetle is mounted in a 4 inch by 4 inch glass dome.

This beetle is showstopper.
